In-Office Neurofeedback

Our primary neurofeedback program is conducted in person at our Kentfield, CA clinic, where our technician, Bianca, manages all aspects of setup and monitoring. In-office training is ideal for those who prefer hands-on support, zero setup responsibilities, and continuous guidance throughout each session.

Initial qEEG Assessment

We typically begin with a quantitative EEG (qEEG) assessment, during which a cap with sensors is placed on your scalp to record brainwave activity from 19 different sites. This assessment provides a detailed map of your baseline brain activity, helping us identify various patterns that may be contributing to your specific symptoms.
Once the qEEG data is analyzed by our specialists, you’ll meet with our director, Dr. Dedalus Hyde, to review your brain map and discuss your symptoms and goals. Based on this information, we design a personalized neurofeedback protocol tailored to your unique brain activity.
After completing a series of training sessions, you may choose to undergo a follow-up qEEG to objectively compare your current brain activity to your initial baseline and assess your progress.
Cost: $650 one-time fee

Neurofeedback Training Sessions

You’ll then begin a series of neurofeedback sessions (typically around 25-50) using the custom protocol. During each session, our technician applies sensors to your scalp, and configures the neurofeedback software to monitor your brainwave activity in real time. Once setup is complete, you'll sit comfortably and watch a video of your choice, such as Netflix or YouTube, while the system subtly adjusts the audio and visual experience based on your live brain activity and customized feedback settings. This real-time feedback guides your brain toward more optimal neural patterns.

Remote Neurofeedback Program

In addition to our In-Office Program, Pacific Neurofeedback is proud to offer a fully remote neurofeedback training program— combining clinical expertise with cutting-edge technology to deliver personalized brain training in the comfort of your own home! The program is run by Danielle, our Remote Neurofeedback Technician, who provides oversight, support, and protocol customization throughout the entire process.

Our remote training platform is built on ‘Divergence Neuro’, a trusted leader in digital neuroscience. Using their user-friendly app called ‘Dive’, clients complete EEG-guided neurofeedback sessions from anywhere. The app seamlessly connects with your EEG headset and streams real-time brain activity to our team, allowing for precision-guided, research-backed neurofeedback training.

Initial 8-Week Package – $1500

This comprehensive starter package includes:

Orientation Session to walk you through setup and training expectations
TheraQ Brain Map, a streamlined 4-channel EEG recording to help establish your initial training protocol. Note: While the TheraQ provides valuable insight, we recommend completing a full in-office QEEG for a more comprehensive assessment if possible.
3 Live-Monitored Sessions for real-time guidance and support
Weekly Review & Protocol Adjustments by your technician
Ongoing access to Dive App & Training Support
Final Review/Termination Session (if completed within the 8-week window)

Clients can train up to once per day (minimum 3x/week recommended) through the Dive app, offering flexibility and consistency to support meaningful change.
